A答： Access to the Horizon Club offers priority check-in and check-out along with Daily Breakfast at Horizon Club, Daily afternoon tea from 2pm to 4pm and daily evening cocktails and canapes from 5pm to 7pm.

A答： We do not have a sofa bed in our Garden Wing. However, we will be pleased to arrange a 1 x complimentary rollaway bed for children under the age of 12 years old.

A答： We will be pleased to prepare a 250g birthday cake in compliments of the hotel along with a birthday card.
For birthday decorations, we are able to provide a simple balloon decoration in the room upon request.

A答： For play time at buds and Splash Zone, booking and registration of slots can only be done upon arrival at the hotel. Should your room package not include entry to buds, a one-time play session will be SGD18 per child. Price may subject to change.
